I Can Move Any Mountain !
Just strung together a 4 days in a row run/walk and it's going great!.I feel really good and there is really nothing to complain about so far.I put my glycerin foot pads into my running shoes and my back pain has diminished so that 's a plus and other than not getting up in the morning to work out I do feel the urge to get out there and run after work.I feel that I can move any mountain.Just hope this good feeling lasts.Until tomorrow...

A Brand New Day !!
What A Great Weekend and start of a new week.I have successfully run 3 out of the 4 days this weekend and I have logged two days in a row ! I am even getting up early to get this out there and run as I am too burned out after work and I am finding myself making too many excuses to not go out and run.I do realize that I will be hitting a wall soon but until that happens I shall move forward in this endeavor.I am feeling good and my back seems to be doing o.k. so far ,so good ! Keep moving forward !!

I Love L.A. !!!
Got a great run in yesterday.Back is still aching during the whole process but,no gain without any pain !! I did however end up taking Wednesday off Legs were just too tired and sore and probably would have hurt myself far too much had I tried to push it .But hit it hard yesterday and I wound up doing a block long walk/run that is for every block I pass the first I would walk and the next thorugh out the entire workout.Think that I will continue this until my back eases up.Until later...

Biggest Loser-Me !!
Crappy Training Day ! First of all I didn't even get up this morning at all.Just flipped the alarm off and slept until 7:30 -No Bueno !!Then got off work early today so decided to stop by the park for a run and although I was out for an hour I feel like I really didn't get anything accomplished .Back pain was horrific and I would up walking most of the course .Oh well what did I expect? It is only my second day out.Still going to trod on through this and I know I will get better just hate the starting out experience !! Until Tomorrow.......

2 days off to rest wound up being 9 months
Wow-Time really does fly when your having fun.I was really into training and took a couple of days off to rest and here it is 9 months later .Damn, how did that happen? I am really serious now.Was around a scale the other day and stepped on just to see and what a kick to the crotch that was! I've really got to do something about it so here we are again.Went for a run/walk this evening and apart from my back stiffening up and forcing me to walk I think I did rather well. I plan on heading out bright and early tomorrow morning and then it is into the everyday mode.This time will have results.I intend to post after ever successful event.That way I can motivate myself into doing 2 things.Let the games begin !!!!
