There Now, Isn't that better????

Well awoke at 5:00 a.m. and stayed there until 5:45 and then got up and ready for my run.I felt great being out there in the early morning running with Aerosmith on the IPOD .Nobody was up then and it was great.Ran most of the course and then when I did walk ,it was only a very short distance and the finished off very strong. Got home and relaxed a little and then got ready for work.A thought did cross my mind while I was driving to work- " Why is it when there is a cop writing a ticket ,everybody has to slow down to look? Are they afraid that the cop is suddenly going to go get in his car /jump on his motorcycle and come get them??" Very strange indeed.....
