Saturday did not start off too good. I did manage to get a run in and it really felt good but went out to dinner that evening and had a great feast of sushi that would make any fat bastard happy;-)Sunday's run was horrible-Started off with a bang couldn't find my shoes and went with a "new" pair that I have but for some reason when I run with those shoes my back seizes up about 1/4 of the way into it and I can never really recover from it .I wound up walking 3 times and ruined my whole run.Felt like crap the rest of the day and could not get the thought of my horrible run out of my head.
I did make up for that crappy run with this morning's run but I did try something new -Great discovery but very negative data.I timed my run this morning by wearing a stopwatch around my neck and when I got back from my run I have found that I was only out for 12 minutes-12 MINUTES???This can't be. NOW -I must come up with a different course so that I can get some quality time going or else this is all for not. Kind of sucks but I am determined to map a new route tomorrow morning and see how it goes.I just can not believe it. I felt that I was making some progress and now it is the old "one step forward two steps back" routine .Oh well must forge onward ...............
