Weird Wednesday

Well Wednesday started off pretty good although I did get up kind of late.I did get my run in this a.m. and it was a perfect morning .I do like running in light rain or in the case of this morning,fog. I do not know what it is but I do really like it. Ran rather well too. I went almost the whole route without stopping and I can see the "Two A Days" beginning in the near future. I felt stronger this morning and I do notice a change in myself .I do not get tired in the afternoon as well as I seem to be sleeping a whole lot better as well .I guess that this whole "self improvement" thing is starting to pay off.I wish that I did have a little more time this morning but too late now. I just hope that tomorrows run is just as easy and fun.Hasta La Vista Baby.....
