Time to get serious.Here it is the first day of August and like I have told myself many many times before it is "Time To Get Serious" ! I went "running" ( if that is what you want to call it) this afternoon.It went well and I know that I have a long way to go but I also know that any epic journey began with the first few steps and today I took my first few steps.I will keep at this on a daily basis and I shall not stop until the goal is met.Until tomorrow...
